Shipping Policy

Your business means a lot to us and we ship same or next day after receiving your order.   This does not include holidays or weekends.

Due to weight and fragility we will not ship our bottles to a P.O. Box.  UPS requires a physical street address.

If for whatever reason your bottle or bottles arrive at it’s destination damaged.  Call UPS at: (1-800-PICK-UPS®)  1-800-742-5877 and report the item as damaged and contact us as soon as possible. The shipment is insured and the broken bottles will be replaced – quickly!  You may also visit: UPS Customer Support.

Return/Refund Policy

BlueSolarWater.com will issue a refund if you are not satisfied with your order, less any shipping and handling charges.

At our expense, we will replace a bottle that arrives broken or damaged.  However, we cannot replace bottles that break after they are delivered and received in good condition.  Our blue bottles are extremely durable, but they are glass and will break if not handled properly and are not well cared for.  I’ve had 3 bottles in use for around two years without breakage… used to be 4 but I let them stay out one night when the temperature dropped below freezing, one broke.  See the Bottle Info page for tip on how to keep your bottles from breaking.

Privacy Policy

BlueSolarWater.com will not spam you and will only email related topics to previous customers, and only once in a while. You can ad or remove your name from our mailing at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of our emails.

We do not sell, give away, rent, or otherwise share your information with anyone.

Payment

We do not store any of your payment information.
